PULL UP A CHAIR
I’m a mindfulness consultant, teacher, writer and fellow human who helps people understand the forces moving through their lives, recognize the patterns beneath their reactions and make more conscious choices about what happens next.
I did not create Mind Surfer’s Cove because I mastered the ocean.
I created it because I learned how to stop drowning every time the weather changed.
No pedestal.
No spiritual performance.
No pretending that I possess your answers.
Just honest maps from someone who has walked into places most people spend their lives avoiding, and returned with something worth sharing.

I spent years doing what most of us do.
Trying to build a life that made sense. Trying to become successful enough, useful enough and certain enough that the ground would finally stop moving beneath me.
Then life began removing the furniture.
Accidents. Endings. Loss. Near-death experiences. Awakening. And the strange dismantling that begins when the person you have been can no longer carry the person you are becoming.
Some experiences opened doors I did not know existed.
Others kicked me through them without asking.
I searched for understanding through spirituality, consciousness, meditation, psychology, ancient teachings and the direct experience of being brought to my knees by life.
I found wisdom.
I also found performance, borrowed certainty and enough spiritual bullshit to fertilize several organic farms.
You need enough safety to tell the truth, enough perspective to recognize the pattern,
and enough courage to choose what happens next.
We look directly at what is happening without turning your struggle into evidence that something is wrong with you.
Compassion does not require denial. Accountability does not require shame.
We separate what is true from what fear, conditioning and old wounds have been repeating through your mind.
The purpose is not to replace your beliefs with mine, but to help you see the terrain clearly enough to choose your own direction.
Insight matters, but only when it changes the way you speak, choose, relate and live when nobody is watching.
Awareness reveals the pattern. Practice creates another response.
You can arrive curious, exhausted, uncertain,
or carrying seventeen competing explanations for what the hell is happening.
You do not need the right spiritual language.
You do not need to impress me.
You only need enough honesty to admit that something is asking to be seen.
The Cove is here when you are ready.
Mind Surfer’s Cove is a place to understand life’s waves, meet yourself more honestly and move through change without abandoning who you are.
Reflections, practices, new teachings and invitations from Mind Surfer’s Cove.
