Mind Surfer’s Cove is operated by Eric Magnifico from Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
By using the website, submitting a form, booking a session, joining an event, creating an account, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

7. Bookings and Attendance
Booking availability is displayed through the website calendar.

Joining the meeting on time
Using the supplied Google Meet or other meeting link
A booking is not confirmed until the confirmation page or confirmation email is issued.
Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
Mind Surfer’s Cove is not responsible for missed sessions caused by incorrect contact details, time-zone errors, internet problems, failure to check email, or failure to join the meeting.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, credit, and refund terms displayed on the applicable booking page, checkout page, offer page, invoice, or written agreement form part of these Terms.
Where no separate policy is displayed:
Contact Mind Surfer’s Cove as soon as possible
Rescheduling is subject to availability
Missed sessions may be treated as used
Completed digital downloads, recordings, or immediately accessible digital materials may be non-refundable where permitted by law
Any mandatory cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights remain unaffected
Mind Surfer’s Cove may cancel or reschedule a session because of illness, emergencies, technical problems, insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
When Mind Surfer’s Cove cancels a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the affected payment will be refunded or credited as required by law.
Mexican consumer protections emphasize clear, timely, truthful information and transparent terms for digital transactions.
9. Prices, Currency, Payments, and Taxes
Prices, currency, installment terms, taxes, and accepted payment methods will be shown on the relevant sales or checkout page.
You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount.

13. Recordings
A session or event will not be recorded by Mind Surfer’s Cove unless recording is disclosed or permission is requested where required.
If a session is recorded:
You may be offered the option not to appear
The intended use will be explained
Additional consent may be requested
You may not copy or redistribute the recording except as expressly permitted
You may not secretly record any private or group session.
14. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against anyone
Disrupt sessions or community spaces
Impersonate another person
Submit false information
Attempt unauthorized access
Introduce malware
Scrape or harvest personal information
Violate intellectual-property rights
Promote illegal activity
Use services to exploit vulnerable individuals
Share private meeting links without permission
Engage in conduct that creates a safety risk
Mind Surfer’s Cove may refuse service, remove a participant, suspend access, or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect safety, privacy, program integrity, or legal rights.
Where a paid service is terminated because of serious misconduct, refunds may be denied to the extent permitted by law.
15. External Platforms and Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third-party services such as Systeme.io, Google Calendar, Google Meet, email providers, social networks, Stripe, or PayPal.
Mind Surfer’s Cove does not control third-party systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
